Key Responsibilities for LPNs:

Oversee resident admissions, discharges, and transfers
Administer medications and coordinate with physicians/pharmacies
Follow infection control and safety protocols
Collaborate with the care team to optimize resident outcomes
Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions

Qualifications:

Active LPN license
