WHAT YOULL DO

At the heart of our restaurant is our menu, which is representative of our identity. As a Line Cook, you will rely on Cracker Barrel's recipes and food preparation rituals to create a full selection of classic, home-style dishes that will leave our customers fully satisfied. Your role may fall under a specific category such as Grill Cook, who masters the technique of flipping pancakes, the Prep Cook, who artfully constructs salads and desserts, or the Backup Cook, who skillfully hand-rolls buttermilk biscuits. No matter what your designated role, your primary mission is to ensure that our patrons depart feeling well-fed and content

Practice Hospitality in Action:

• Gain comprehensive understanding of our classic, rotating, and cutting-edge menu selections.
• Deliver on the promise of exceptional service by consistently adhering to the company's strict standards of quality, safety, cleanliness, and hospitality.
• Promote an atmosphere of mutual cooperation among the kitchen staff, colleagues, and management for better results.

WHAT YOULL NEED

• Performed PAR 3 duties for a duration of 120 days or more
• Successfully completed the PAR 4 training program centered on culture, leadership, and mentorship at CBU
• Obtained a PAR 4 Prep exam score that equaled or surpassed 80%
