Store Replenishment Associate

Job Summary:

Store Replenishment Associates at Hobby Lobby undertake responsibilities related to stock and merchandise management outside of typical business hours. This position is suitable for individuals who enjoy working in roles with reduced customer interactions and during off-peak hours.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately unload, sort, and receive products during shipment deliveries in a timely manner.
• Replenish shelves, maintaining an orderly presentation in line with the store's layout and safety instructions.
• Monitor inventory controls and adhere to rigorous quality standards in preparation for audits.
• Ensure aisles, end caps, and displays are orderly and well-kept to create an inviting store appearance.
• Provide assistance in executing modifications to the store's layout, such as moving shelving and arranging display fixtures.
• Notify management promptly of any inconsistencies, damages, or concerns with the merchandise.

Qualifications:

• Experience in stocking or a comparable role is preferred, though not essential.
• Showing impressive physical fortitude to lift and transport bulky items while remaining on one's feet for the majority of the day.
• Proficiency in performing tasks with little direction or monitoring.
• A focus on small particulars and the ability to address challenges effectively.
• Reliability and punctuality.
• A diploma from high school or a comparable qualification is needed.
