WHAT YOULL DO

Our food is the cornerstone of our restaurant and brand. As a Kitchen Cook, your ability in utilizing Cracker Barrel's culinary rituals and recipes will ensure that our full lineup of wholesome, comforting dishes is prepared to perfection. Whether you're flipping pancakes as a Grill Cook, creating fresh salads and delectable desserts as a Prep Cook, or preparing buttermilk biscuits by hand as a Backup Cook, all of your efforts culminate in the goal of satisfying our customers' palates

Practice Hospitality in Action:

• Establish yourself as an expert on our customary, seasonal, and recently-introduced menu items.
• Demonstrate a dedication to hospitality excellence by upholding the company's standards of quality, safety, cleanliness, and hospitality for all guests.
• Implement a collaborative approach in relating with the back-of-house personnel, coworkers, and superiors for team success.

WHAT YOULL NEED

• Sustained an active presence in a PAR 3 capacity for over 3 months
• Excited to finish the culture, leadership, and mentorship training required by CBU's PAR 4
• Reached a PAR 4 Prep exam performance level of 80% or beyond
