Groups Recover Together (or Groups) is an outpatient opioid addiction treatment provider that offers a comprehensive approach to recovery. Our treatment model comprises of three core components - medication, weekly group therapy, and care navigation, aimed at helping individuals achieve long-term recovery. Responsibilities

The Partnership Development Manager will be under the Growth Organization and will report to the Partnership Director, in Groups. They will be responsible for managing the community referral network in New Hampshire, while also serving as an external representative for the company.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Clearly conveying to healthcare professionals, criminal justice personnel, payers, case managers, and others what sets Groups apart from rivals demonstrates our unique value proposition.
• Foster and nurture valuable connections with healthcare providers, justice-involved resources, and community-based organizations within the state of New Hampshire.
• Facilitate a streamlined approach for our referral partners to gain easy access to our rapid intake process.
• Foster strong connections with current referral partners to ensure their achievements and continue being a reliable partner for them.
• Discover innovative referral pathways to increase accessibility to vital medical interventions through collaborative networking.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Team to guarantee efficient advertising of new office openings and achieve desired intake growth after inauguration.
• Collaborate with Care Delivery Teams in the community during outreach initiatives and extend assistance in building local partnerships.
• Boosting the public's knowledge about Groups can be achieved by participating in presentations, conferences, and local events.
• Collaborate with Care Delivery Teams, encompassing operational managers and clinical directors, to devise regional tactics for enhancing relationship efficacy and achieving targeted intake objectives.
• Proficiency in managing record keeping systems.
• Although travel requirements may seem demanding, they are always adaptable. The purpose of travel frequently stems from the requirements of your collaborations.
• Executes additional responsibilities as directed.

Qualifications

• Candidates must possess a BS/BA degree and have accumulated at least 5 years of experience in healthcare outreach, marketing/sales, healthcare operations, or related fields.
• A history of effectively cultivating relationships and expanding sales territories.
• Possessing exceptional abilities in oral and written communication, presenting, as well as having excellent interpersonal skills.
• Possessing hands-on experience in a rapidly expanding organization with a strong mission focus.
• Dealing with grassroots marketing in a multi-location enterprise can be a challenging task, but the rewards can be immense if executed successfully.
• Possessing excellent communication skills to effectively interact with individuals in varying organizational positions, across departments, and external parties.
• A skilled user of customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace can be beneficial.
• The job requires possession of a legitimate driver's license, a spotless record of driving, and personal conveyance to commute to various workplaces.
