Backroom Associate

Job Summary:

Backroom Associate at Hobby Lobby undertakes responsibilities related to stock and merchandise management outside of typical business hours. This position is suitable for individuals who enjoy working in roles with reduced customer interactions and during off-peak hours.

Responsibilities:

• Perform the efficient and accurate sorting, unloading, and reception of products as shipments are delivered.
• Stock shelves with items in compliance with the store's organization and safety regulations.
• Enforce quality standards and exercise inventory oversight to prepare for audits effectively.
• Organize and clean aisles, end caps, and displays to maintain a visually pleasing store environment.
• Provide assistance in making changes to the store layout, including the movement of shelves and the setup of display units.
• Bring to the attention of management any disparities, damages, or complications concerning the merchandise.

Qualifications:

• Experience in stocking or a comparable role is preferred, though not essential.
• Displaying remarkable physical resilience to lift weighty loads and remain standing throughout a demanding shift.
• Skill in completing assignments with minimal supervision.
• Careful consideration of specifics and proficiency in overcoming obstacles.
• Reliability and punctuality.
