WHAT YOULL DO

As a Seasonal Cook, you recognize that our kitchen is at the core of our business. Your responsibilities involve using Cracker Barrel's traditional recipes and food preparation process to create our entire range of comfort foods. Whether you're flipping pancakes as a Grill Cook, crafting fresh salads and delightful desserts as a Prep Cook, or fashioning buttermilk biscuits using your hands as a Backup Cook, your ultimate objective is the same: to give our customers an exceptional culinary experience

Practice Hospitality in Action:

• Demonstrate proficiency in our traditional, seasonal, and new menu offerings.
• Set the bar high for guest satisfaction by embodying the company's standards of quality, safety, cleanliness, and hospitality in all interactions.
• Enhance teamwork by working closely with the back-of-house crew, peers, and supervisors towards shared goals.

WHAT YOULL NEED

• Participation in a PAR 3 position for a minimum of 4 months
• Earned certification in the required culture, leadership, and mentorship training program at CBU
• Accomplished a PAR 4 Prep exam result indicating an 80% grade or higher
