Required Qualifications:

• Active RN license in New York State
• Preferred experience in nursing home or rehab settings
• Reliable transportation is required

Role Overview:

The RN plays a critical role in providing care for residents, ensuring smooth recovery and positive health outcomes. Duties include managing treatment plans, coordinating with other medical staff, and providing family education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Comply with the Nurse Practice Act and internal policies
• Develop and update individualized care plans
• Supervise and guide other nursing staff
• Maintain accurate documentation and use medical devices properly
• Protect patient privacy and uphold confidentiality
• Provide patient education and support to families
• Work scheduled shifts, including holidays and weekends

Education & Experience:

• Graduate of an approved nursing program
• At least one year of nursing experience in an acute care or long-term care setting preferred
• Valid RN license required in New York
